Live Arrival Guarantee

Frags And Coral makes great efforts to provide you with high quality, healthy and properly identified livestock.

We guarantee your animals will arrive live and healthy or we will replace them with a similar item on your next order. There is no money back, charge back and refund checks sent if an item arrives dead. Box, heat or ice packs, and shipping charges are not refunded or credited on any replacements. All items sent out are assumed to be free of disease and or parasites upon their departure from Frags And Coral.

These items must be followed for us to honor our Live Arrival Guarantee:

  1. You must sign for your package when the shipper (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Airborne Express, etc.) makes its first delivery attempt or our Live Arrival Guarantee is void.
  2. All animals must be acclimated into your tank according to the instructions on the back of your invoice with 2 hours of delivery or pick up or our Live Arrival Guarantee is void. The shipper reports to us when packages are delivered to your location or picked up at their locations, there are no exceptions to this policy. Packages delivered to a work location and allowed to sit all day before acclimation will not be guaranteed.
  3. The best way to have your shipment delivered is to have your shipment held for your pick up at the local shipping office, we will find the closest location and inform you when you place your order. Having the shipment held at the shippers for your pick up is the best option because there is a minimal amount of stress to the animals and you reduce the chance of delayed delivery or missing the shipping delivery driver. You must pick up the shipment by 10 AM, or our Live Arrival Guarantee is void.
  4. We must be notified by phone, not email, within 2 hours of delivery or pickup if any animals are dead or if you have any issues regarding the health of any animal or our Live Arrival Guarantee will be void.
  5. If you have any losses or other issues with any animal we must be sent a photo of that item to info@fragsandcoral.com within 24 hours of arrival or pick up, failure to do so voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.
  6. We pack your shipment in a professional manner and drop it off at the shippers in plenty of time for them to deliver to you on time. However, we can not guarantee delivery times by the shipper or its carriers, if the package is delayed by these carriers for any reason you must file a claim directly with them for any losses.
    If you need your shipment at a specific time then we recommend using Fed Ex and have the package held at their location for your convenient pick up.
  7. Refusal to pick up or accept any shipment for any reason voids your rights to any compensation and you will be responsible for any additional shipping for us to recover the shipment plus a 25% restocking fee. Otherwise all sales are final.
